The program will be held at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Philadelphia

REFUND POLICY:Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the Broadway Dreams Foundation. Regardless, all requests for refunds must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the start date (July 20, 2009). If a refund is warranted, the Broadway Dreams Foundation will issue a check for 50% of the tuition OR a voucher for 100% of the tuition to be used towards a future Performing Arts Intensive. There will be NO refunds for ANY cancellations made on or after July 20, 2009.
